How do I enroll in the Lennox Premier Dealer program?
- Meet the Premier Dealer requirements set forth on the application.
- Complete and sign the program enrollment form and marketing agreement.
- Return the completed form and marketing agreement to your TM, who will sign off and send to the District Manager.
- District Manager approves and sends to the corporate office in Dallas for verification. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

What are the pre-qualification requirements?
- Meeting minimum standards for consumer satisfaction is the cornerstone of the Lennox Premier Dealer program. This standard is defined as at least ten (10) Google consumer reviews at a minimum average rating of 4.0 for all reviews completed.
Are there any other requirements in the Lennox Premier Dealer program?
Yes! Premier Dealers must:
- Complete the annual Premier Dealer training requirement.
- Participate in Consumer Advertising and Promotions (CAP) annually
- Maintain a minimum of 4+ average star rating throughout the year
When can I advertise my company as a Premier Dealer?
- If you’ve met the program pre-qualification requirement of 10 Google reviews with a minimum of 4+ average star rating, you will be enrolled in the program under Full Premier (FP) status. Upon enrollment, you will then be able to advertise yourself as a Lennox Premier Dealer and have full access to all Premier Dealer program benefits.
When will billing begin?
- You will be billed on a monthly basis upon enrollment for the program. Billing will continue until you request program cancellation. To request program cancellation, please contact your Territory Manager.
* To learn more about the benefits of the program, please check the Premier Dealer Benefits section. At the end of each year a review will be placed and missing any of these requirements may result in suspension of all program benefits. Benefits may only be reinstated by once again meeting the requirements. For more information on these requirements, please contact your local Territory Manager.
