Sign in to your LennoxPros.com account and navigate to the Proposal Builder.
Select your Lead
In the Dashboard or Leads table select the lead you want to create a proposal for and click on ‘Build a Proposal.’
Another way to create a proposal is by clicking on the lead name from the dashboard and selecting “Build a Proposal.”
By default, the proposal name is pre-populated with the lead name. You can edit this field and select the Project Type. You can edit this field and the System Name. Select the Project Type and Equipment to Install/Replace from the drop-down menu.
Selecting AHRI Proposal
Select ‘AHRI’ to create a proposal with an AHRI certified matchup.
Search for AHRI System
To start the search, first select how you would like to do your search. A search by ‘Systems’ allows you to enter your system requirements and choose from a list of applicable results. If you already have an AHRI number, you can enter it in the ‘AHRI Number’ search. Previously saved matches are accessible using ‘My Perfect Match’.
Search for an ‘Air Conditioner’, ‘Heat Pump’ or ‘Mini-Split’ matchup. Choose Single-Phase to search residential units or Three-Phase to search commercial small splits. Select your Sales Area for more accurate results that are compliant in your area. Select your voltages.
Choose the model(s) you want to include in your outdoor selection. By default, the tonnage will be at 3 but you may select multiple options.
The SEER, EER, and HSPV ranges are default and you can choose to leave them as is or change the range in any field.
Make your indoor selection by choosing the type of indoor model you want to have in your matchup. The options are: ‘80% Furnace’, ‘90+% Furnace, ‘Oil Furnace’, ‘Air Handler’, and ‘HP or AC and Coil only’.
If you have chosen a furnace, you will be required to select at least one BTU amount.
If you chose an air handler, you will be required to select the voltage.
Unless you selected ‘Air Handler’, select your coil configuration. The options are: ‘Upflow with TXV, ‘Upflow without TXV’, ‘Horizontal’, ‘Downflow’, ‘ADP Upflow and Downflow’, ‘ADP Horizontal’, or ‘ADP Multi Position’.
If you did not choose ‘AC or HP and Coil Only’, you can select from the list of available model(s).
Click ‘Search’ to run the search.
* NOTE: If the furnace has a PSC motor (EL280, ML180, ML193, ML195) select AC and Coil only for selection. Furnaces with PSC motors are not matched at AHRI.
Select Your Systems
A list of results that match all of the requirements that you’ve specified will be shown on the next page. You can filter the results by several specifications including outdoor model indoor model, SEER and EER rating.
Check the boxes of up to 8 AHRI Numbers you would like to view in the proposal and click next.
System Selector
Each AHRI match you selected will be shown in the System Selector page. Compare each system side by side in this view. You can select, add, change, or remove any of the units to complete your system to the homeowner’s needs. Any default accessories and thermostats will automatically be populated here. Based on the pricing set up by your company admin, the system will calculate the monthly price and the total cost. You can also build additional custom options by clicking on ‘Add Custom Option’.
You can check the availability of products. Simply click the Check Availability link to view LennoxPros availability.
Add your Services
After you have selected your systems, select your ‘Kits & Services’ if needed for the homeowner. Any installation kits your customer needs to cover the installation process. The prices for the kits will be included in the final payment. ‘Value-added Services.’ are similar to an installation checklist. Select the services that you will provide as part of the installation for the homeowner.
To add or edit services, a company admin can customize this in the settings tab under ‘Project Costs’ and ‘Custom Products and Services’. Click next to review your selections.
Review Agreement and Sign
Review the company and lead information making any adjustments if necessary. Before seeing the pricing, you can look at all of the products and services included in the proposal and go back to previous steps, if required.
In your payment break down, select any promotions you want to honor for the customer. Enter your sales tax rate and add any rebates that the purchase qualifies for. If a down payment will be given, enter the amount and the final price and payments will be displayed.
Click on Signature to digitally sign and print the agreement or email it the customer.
Add Items to Cart
Select the items you want to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button to add to your LennoxPROs.com shopping cart for easy checkout.
You can view the pdf agreement on the lead details page at any time.
